Origins
Started from a group chat.
Nuremi was built by friends who spent years moving through the world across 160 countries and kept hitting the same wall. We experienced the journey of finding the places and people that felt like home, the friction of the tools that couldn't find them, and the group chats that became a workaround that everyone actually used. Every insight in our members-only network started as a real recommendation from a real person, in a real conversation. The first network was always human. Now, we've built one that moves with you.
The Name
The name
Nuremi comes from two words: nuri, light in Arabic, and alchemy, the art of transformation. A network that lights the way to the places and people that were meant for you.

Before you ask
You apply. We read every application in full. You hear back either way, within a week.
Ten steps. Most are a sentence or two about where you go, what you save, and what you keep returning to. Two are optional and never hold you up.
You can stop and come back. We keep your place, and you'll pick up where you left off.
Real people with discernment do: a small team whose job is to read carefully, not quickly. No algorithm, no score, no automated gate. What we're looking for can't be measured by followers or job titles, so we don't try. We read what you wrote, the way you wrote it, and we're looking for one thing: that you move through the world intentionally the way our members do.
Access to Nuremi's network of places and people, curated by members who already know what you'd love. Nuremi learns your taste and gets more precise every time. Members-only gatherings and real-world events. And a taste profile that travels with you, in your city and every one you visit.
Nothing is charged unless you're accepted. Current pricing is introductory and held for those who came first.
Core — $199 / year. Full access to the network, every chat channel, and events. For the member who likes doing the finding.
Premium — $499 / year. Everything in Core, priority access to Nuremi-hosted events, partner perks, and one bespoke itinerary a year built from inside the network.
Lifetime — $999, once. Everything in Premium, pricing locked for life, first access to new cities and features. For the member who's already decided.
Only if your application is accepted. Your card goes on file when you apply, handled securely by Stripe, and nothing moves until a decision is made.
Membership runs for a year from the day you're accepted.
Your answers are read for review, by a person, not a score. They're also what your taste profile is built from, which is why the questions are what they are. They aren't sold and they aren't used for anything else.
A pasted handle is not account access. We see what anyone can see, nothing more.
Nuremi works in every city, but it's richest where our community is deepest. Right now that's concentrated in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Lagos, Accra, Nairobi, Lisbon, Paris, Rio, NYC, Houston, and growing as the network grows. If your city isn't dense yet, the people who know it are likely already inside.
